01 General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions CK Crickex Applies to the use of the platform (https://ckcrickex.com). By creating an account or using CK Crickex, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions have been drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. They apply equally whether CK Crickex is accessed via the mobile app, a web browser, or any other device.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus comes with a set wagering requirement (typically 1x to 30x).
• Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Any attempt to collect bonuses using multiple accounts or a VPN will result in all associated accounts being permanently banned.
• Bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.

05 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Odds in live betting may change at any time.
• If a match is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.

06 Prohibited Activities & Fraud

Involvement in any of the following activities CK Crickex May immediately suspend the account and forfeit all balances:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with a false identity or forged documents.
• Bonus system abuse — such as placing bets covering both sides of the same outcome.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Attempts at hacking, phishing, or any form of cyber attack.
• Accessing from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.

07 Account Closure & Termination Policy

CK Crickex Reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• In cases of suspicious transactions or betting activity.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by emailing our support team. Please ensure any remaining balance is withdrawn before the account is closed.
